The ENVIS Centre continues its regular activities of collection, collation and dissemination of environmental information to larger user community. The Centre is periodically publishing newsletters on the assigned subject area ‘Microorganisms and Environment Management’. In this issue, we provide scientific article on ‘Microbial Talk in the Environment’ and ‘Microbial Siderophores – Gateway for Iron Removal’. Besides that, the newsletter includes research reports, abstracts, e-resources and information of forthcoming conferences / seminars / workshops etc., on microorganisms and its role in the environment management.
